Corporate Governance
Corporate Governance represents a fundamental concept for the MOTODYNAMICS Group. This is not limited to responsible organization, operation, administration and protection of the shareholders’ legitimate interests. It also seeks to boost investor confidence as well as attract new ones. For MOTODYNAMICS, Corporate Governance is not merely a set of rules. It is the foundation itself. A matrix of relations between Corporate Management, Board of Directors, shareholders and all other stakeholders.

Corporate Social Responsibility
Movement with a Positive Footprint
At MOTODYNAMICS Group, we believe that progress becomes meaningful when it creates opportunities and leaves a positive footprint on people, society and the environment.
The Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility strategy is built consistently around five key pillars: Education, Sport, Road Safety, Society and Inclusion, with an emphasis on neurodiversity and mobility challenges.
Through lasting partnerships with educational institutions, civil society organizations and specialized bodies, we invest in initiatives that endure and have a measurable impact. Our goal is for our contribution to society not to be a one-off initiative, but a steady commitment that evolves together with the Group and the needs of society.
Education
Knowledge opens doors and creates opportunities. We support the next generation through scholarships, educational programs, mentoring, university partnerships, and initiatives that broaden access to knowledge.
Our partnerships with the Athens University of Economics and Business, Junior Achievement Greece, ALBA Graduate Business School, ExcellenSeas, and Library4All link education with skills development, innovation, and social mobility. At the same time, we support initiatives that bring young people closer to technology, entrepreneurship, and the skills of the future.

Road safety
As a Group operating in the mobility sector, we treat Road Safety as a responsibility directly tied to our business.
Through the Drive Change. Move Safe program, we invest systematically in education and prevention, with a particular focus on children and young people. With educational activities in schools and local communities, we cultivate from an early age a different culture of mobility, grounded in knowledge, responsibility, and respect for everyone on the road.

Sport
For us, sport means perseverance, discipline, progress, teamwork, and the strength to keep going.
We support leading Greek athletes and the new generation of Greek sport, as well as events and initiatives that promote physical activity, wellbeing, and equal participation. Through long-term partnerships, we aim to highlight not only performance, but above all the values and role models that can inspire the next generation.

Inclusion, Neurodiversity & Mobility Challenges
A world without limits requires a society in which everyone can participate on equal terms.
We support initiatives that enhance accessibility, the acceptance of neurodiversity, and the equal participation of people with mobility challenges. Through partnerships with educational institutions, organizations, and people who bring powerful lived experience and knowledge — such as Dimitris Papanikolaou — we bring the conversation about diversity and inclusion closer to young people and to society. From supporting the transportation of students with mobility difficulties to educational activities and sporting events open to all, we strive to turn inclusion from a message into action.

Society
Our relationship with society and the environment is built on continuity, collaboration, and active participation.
We stand beside local communities and people in need, through our steady partnership with Humanity Greece and through the volunteering activities of our people. At the same time, we invest in protecting and restoring the natural environment, with initiatives for reforestation, coastline adoption, and systematic beach cleanups, as well as by applying circular economy and waste management practices at our facilities. Our goal is for every intervention to have continuity and to create value that remains in communities and in the environment
The environment
The Group's environmental commitments run through the business rather than standing as a separate programme: waste diverted from landfill, renewable energy and water recycling owned as forward targets in the assured ESG report, and marine debris tracking with HELMEPA at Pounta-Zeza.
