Paris Kyriacopoulos – Chairman of the Board
Holds a BA degree with honors (Cum Laude) in Philosophy, Politics, Economics (PPE) from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA, USA and an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School in Cambridge, MA , USA. From 2010 to 2015 he served as General Manager of FiberLean, Filtration & Performance Additives Business Group of IMERYS S.A. From 2016 he is the Chief Executive Officer of FiberLean Technologies Ltd. based in St. Austell, Cornwall, UK. From 2005 to 2007 he was a junior associate with the Boston Consulting Group in Vienna, Austria. Since 2013 he serves as a Director on the Board of the ALBA Association.

Sotiris Hatzikos – Chief Executive Officer
He holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of MOTODYNAMICS S.A since January 2008. From 1994 until 2007, he was employed by S&B INDUSTRIAL MINERALS S.A. where during the last years held the position of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, he worked in the UK for the industrial gases multinational AIR PRODUCTS PLC holding the position of Manager, European Treasury Operations. For a number of years, he taught the «Mergers & Acquisitions» course in the Professional MBA program of Athens Laboratory of Business Administration (ALBA). He graduated from Aristotle’s University of Thessaloniki with distinction in Economics and Business Administration. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Manchester Business School.

Ioannis Tavoularis – Executive Vice President
He holds Master in Political Sciences from the Boston University and BS in Financial Sciences from the Bentley University. He is Member of Board of Directors of NEORION HOLDINGS S.A., Vice President of Elefsis Shipyards, Member of the Board of Directors of MOTODYNAMICS S.A. – YAMAHA, Member of Social Affairs Committee (SAC) (EU) and Member of the AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD). He had also served as Member of the Professional Chamber of the Enterprise Policy Group (EPG) (E.U.) from 2003 until 2007 and as Member of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Greek Industries (Treasurer) from 2002 until 2008.

Christos Avramides – Non Executive-Member
He has a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Reading. He obtained his M.A. in Business Economics in 1990 from Reading University and his B.A. (Distinction) in 1989 from the American College of Greece (Deree College). Between 1998 and 2000 he was the Chief Economist of Sigma Securities, whereas during 2000-2001 he worked as a Senior Economist for ABN AMRO Bank, responsible for Macroeconomic Analysis and Fixed Income Strategy for Greece and the Balkan countries. From 2001 until 2012 he worked for PROTON Bank, as Head of Analysis, Head of Investor Relations and Strategic Planning and Vice Chairman and General Manager of PROTON Asset Management S.A. He has also served as Vice Chairman of the BoD of the listed closed-end fund Omega Portfolio Investment Co. As of March 2012 he works for Orymil S.A. as an advisor.

Dr. Nikolaos – Socrates Labroukos – Independent Non-Executive Member
Dr. Nikolaos – Socrates Labroukos holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, an MBA degree from Manchester Business School, a Ph.D. from London Business School, and Post Doc from London Business School. He specializes in business development, strategy, organization, and management of large enterprises and design, financing and project management of large investment projects. He also has substantial hands-on experience in business development and financing of technology startups. He is founding member, shareholder, and Chairman of the consulting firm BPM SA and high-tech start-up Analogies S.A., as well as a founding member in other high-tech start-ups, real estate development, and training companies. He is Chairman of Encode SA, a leading information security company. He has held senior management positions in large corporations such as Executive Director of INTRACOM Holdings Group, Managing Director of INTRACOM IT Services Group , Chairman of the Board of Attica Telecommunications, INTRACOM IT Services Denmark, INTRACOM Jordan, as well as Executive Board member of INTRACOM Telecom, Hellas on Line, Intrakat, Moreas S.A., etc. He has been Research Fellow at London Business School and Visiting Assistant Professor at the Athens University of Economics and Business. He has a series of publications in refereed management journals. He is a member of the Board of the Foundation for Economic & Industrial Research (IOBE) and has been a member of the General Council of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) and member of the Board of the Hellenic Association of Management Consulting Firms (SESMA).

Lefkothea Varangi – Independent Non-Executive Member
She studied Agricultural Economics in England. Worked in the sales department of Varangis Furniture company and was responsible for After Sales Service. She was on the Board of Directors for two years before she started her own business. THE BOSTONIANS a collection of men’s casual wear was designed produced and sold directly through company stores. Later on, the brand was distributed in the Greek territory by SPORTSMAN SA. Through this merger, she also got involved with other international clothing brands and retail stores. She continued in NOTOS COM HOLDINGS helping to expand the company’s international brands in Romania, Skopje, Kosovo establishing a retail network. At the same time, she supervised stores in Greece that were operating in shopping Malls. Today she is starting up a project of branding greek agricultural products and creating a distribution network.

Theodoros Akiskalos – Independent Non-Executive Member
Since 2010 he has worked for the multinational brewery group Carlsberg, where he is the CEO of Carlsberg Sverige since 2016. This is the largest company that produces/promotes beer products, soft drinks and bottled water in Sweden. He was the CEO of the company for the markets of Hongkong, Taiwan, and Macau, headquartered in Hong Kong and head of strategic planning of the group based in Copenhagen. From 2004 to 2010 he worked at McKinsey & Company based in Boston and in the last 2 years he was an associate with an emphasis in the sectors of consumer products and private equity. He also worked as a mechanical engineer at General Electric Aircraft engines and Power Systems in America. He holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Georgia Tech and MIT, respectively with distinctions, as well as Executive MBA from INSEAD.
